The management of tenders for public or industrial clients is the third focus of the MST Aerospace portfolio of services. From preparing the tender to the assignment of the orders through to project controlling and evaluation, the company accompanies their clients through the entire tendering process.
The services offered include:

SELECTION OF APPLICANTS
In the first stage of the process, MST Aerospace contacts companies and organisations that may be interested in participating in the relevant topic. These are then informed of the tendering procedure and asked to put their initial project ideas down on paper in the form of a short description.
SELECTING THE OFFERS
After MST Aerospace and the clients have proofed the ideas, the selected applicants are asked to submit detailed tendering documents. The received tenders are then evaluated in such a way that it is transparent and traceable for the applicant.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTROLLING
The contractual components resulting from a successful tendering process are prepared, negotiated and recorded in writing by MST Aerospace. In addition, the company ensures constant monitoring of the project and makes regular progress reports to the clients.
